Co-Owner & CEO with over 12 years of experience managing complex engineering projects in collaboration with local municipalities in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.
Currently serves as a senior advisor to municipal engineering departments, specializing in identifying property owners and preparing legal claims as part of urban renewal and rehabilitation processes.
Committed to creating real value through the regulation, rehabilitation, and strategic redesign of hazardous buildings.
Holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology, and is currently expanding her expertise through formal studies in Interior Design.
Yuval Fenster
Co-Owner & CEO with over 15 years of experience in leading real estate investments and development.
An expert in executing complex transactions and managing large-scale residential and urban projects-from acquisition and planning to financing and execution.
Specializes in properties with multiple ownership structures, serving as a key liaison between public authorities and private stakeholders to deliver strategic, high-value solutions.
Holds a degree in Building Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Public Policy-a combination that offers a broad and in-depth perspective.
